McDonald's in North Charleston

“The customer service here was absolutely amazing!!! Every person greeted me and made sure I had what I needed! Its not often I go into a McDonald's and the atmosphere is welcoming and not rushed!!! Food was hot made correctly and was good!!!“

“The sweet lady that was cleaning tables in the dining area is an asset to this company. She needs to be recognized for doing whatever you do to the best of your ability. Never have I ever had such an experience at a McDonalds, and Im so upset I did not get her name. If you know her please tell her the kindness she shows to complete strangers is an example we should all find within ourselves.“

“I visited this location for quick bite, I was greeted by staff member Mrs Kendra, she was very polite and professional. She ensured my order came out fast and correct. My fries were fresh and hot, my Quarter Pounder was prepared exactly how I ordered it. Thank you Mrs Kendra“

She handled my situation that could have gotten messed up and turned it around, took control of the situation and made my experience great. Don’t loose her. “Would be a pretty standard McDonald's. But there is one young woman working there right now who definitely deserves recognition. She was working every station, even though there were plenty of others there to help, bouncing between the take out window and the front and making drinks and cleaning the dining area. I was only in there for five minutes and yet saw her doing all of that in addition to being very sweet and helpful to me and the other customers. I wish I asked for her name so that I could give her a proper shout-out. She's a young black woman with a natural crop haircut just past her chin. I wouldn't be surprised if in a month or two, she's making thousands waiting tables at a fancy downtown restaurant. Go get it, girl! I'm sure you know that you deserve more!“

“Staff was extremely polite and very helpful. We went during the night time so I can't speak for the rest of the staff on other shifts, but the night shift is on point!! Will definitely eat here again in the future just because of how the staff treated us.“
