I Don't Normally Do Reviews, But For This Store I Had To. The Customer Service Here Is Horrible.Only Two Female Employees (One In The Window And One Helping Her) Doing All The Work By Themselves. Everyone Else Was Crowded In The Back From What I Could See. I Was Waiting Inside For 23 Minutes Before The Young Lady In The Window Realized I Never Got My Food And Made It For Me Personally. I want to give a shout out to your associate PARIS for her outstanding customer service. Not on one, but on two separate occasions, she cheerfully provided information helpful to my quest of collecting 8 specific characters of the BT21 Happy Meal toys. Whenever I come to this McDonald’s it’s usually busy. However my Food is always incorrect and/or Old. Management at this location are rude as Well. I placed a curbside, Waited over an Hour and Had to go inside Just for them to Tell me they can’t find my curbside order and I’d have to refund it Through the app. I placed an Inside Order, I waited another 46 Minutes just to get a Large fry and a Big Mac. Seriously, This location needs New Management and Staff....read full review

McDonald's has undergone a remarkable transformation, with customers praising the cleanliness of the store and the welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast menu has particularly impressed, with the efficiency and professionalism of the staff ensuring a quick and convenient start to the day. The steak egg and cheese McMuffin is the best ever had. They have improved the quality of service to get food out fast and represent the McDonald's food brand. There is plenty of parking and it is kid-friendly with wheelchair accessibility. However, the restrooms need to be kept clean.
