I’m writing this review because this is the second time that I have gone to this Popeyes on Dorchester Road and had to return due to not getting everything I paid for or the food was of poor quality. This visit I did not receive the correct order and I was missing items. Management has to take in account when a consumer has to return due their errors it cost the consumer in time and money (gas)because I had to drive there twice due to no fault of my own. The food is great, but the staff is so slow. I had to wait at the counter for 20 minutes for someone to even look at me when I ordered online and am just here to pick it up. Then, I have to stand there another 20 minutes while they put it together. And the drive thru is just as slow, at least you can sit down for that...
