McDonald's in Summerville

“Wow.... I thought McDonald's is a best place I have ever visited. After 9 years of asking, it was revealed that the Snack Wrap is back available but with a McCrispy Strips on the wrapper. Now they got a Ranch one and a Spicy one for the choice for the Snack Wrap. I like the limited time ones too, I don't think the Limited Time are available during every year. What I can say is, I will rate it 5 stars for the food, service and the atmosphere. Nice Job.“

“My daughter is absolutely obsessed with McDonald's chicken nuggets. And the chicken nuggets are pretty good. Do not ever Google how they are made. Also they have this new McFlurry it is a chocolate caramel pretzel.. it's like $4.30 or something, which is okay but I'm super cheap so but their fries are jamming that McFlurry is on point s are the bomb“

“It was very busy inside and outside. We ordered via the app. online for curbside pickup. We waited about 30 minutes. My husband went inside and our order was on the counter by the door dash area. I had gone in prior and was told they would bring it out. It was extremely hot outside, 97*.“

“I just moved from Florida where all the McDonald’s suck. Being here, I have visited this McDonald’s on numerous occasions due to the fact that my food is always fresh. The employees are always nice and they Make my food in a timely fashion. So whoever the manager is over there, I would like to say thank you so much because honestly, I had almost given up on McDonald’s“

“I usually font mess with McDonalds but since I work up the road its convient. I have come here several occasions. All several times I happened to be served by Adrian I believe his name was. Young gentleman with gold teeth. This young man is always making the environment and experience fantastic. He has a great attitude and is very customer friendly i hope he gets moved into a management position as he is very optimistic and professional. Will be back“

“Ok this is directed at a certain employee but I feel compliments or praise is not shared enough. Everyone is just always ready to complain . I ordered a caramel frappe (mobile order) when I got there and walk inside to pickup , this girl says oh sorry frappe machine is down u will have to get a refund or pick something else ! I'm like what I don't really get much else so I said nah that's ok but I wasn't happy . She didn't really care . Then the girl behind her overheard her and said no wait , what's wrong with the frappe machine it was just working fine ? I think she primed it and did what was needed to see that I got my drink!!!! Point is she went above and beyond and she wasn't even on front counter!!! I wanna say her name was fatila cuz I asked specifically what her name was. I'm late with this review and I hope they find this girl cuz she deserves a promotion for sure she is definitely management material !!!! Thank u“

“Food is good when it is made fresh. Got everything I ordered no mistake was made. Deborah has excellent customer service and is very friendly and went above and beyond to make my dining experience the best. Will definitely be back when she is working.“
