McDonald's in Charleston

“What? Did I just rate a Mickey D’s higher than the Chick Fil-As in the area? Yes I did. I pulled in after ditching the drive-thru line next door and observing cars were actually moving in the burger line.
Fast, friendly service (on par w/ the neighboring restaurant), accurate, and fresh hot food. Shockingly good fast food.
It was the beginning of the lunch rush (11:45 am): your results may vary.“

“Food was ok and overpriced....but I suspect that is not anything the individuals who work at this store can control. This review is for the kind people who were working today, Thanksgiving. I appreciate the smiles and the kindness today. We ordered two meals and they were made quick and correct. I know what it's like to work on a holiday, so I appreciate the effort they made. I wish everyone that had to work today very happy Thanksgiving ❤️“

“I don't think I've ever had a bad order in 5 years from this place. Probably like 50 times I've been there. The people saying they can't communicate need to realize some people don't speak English that well and give people some grace. I think they actually did mess up my order one time but at least the food was hot and tasty. This McDonald's is consistent and has fresh food. I see the same people running the front a lot and they must know how to build a good team because this is a great food spot.“

“Usually have a good experience eating here. Occasionally the dining room is closed, but I'm not sure why. That's been in the evenings. The staff here is always nice, pretty fast to get your order, clean tables and eating area. There's also tables outside to eat at which is nice in the warmer months.“

“I just picked up food from there. The line moves quickly and the lady at the payment window and over the intercom came off very polite and inviting. However, the lady at the food hand off window was rude. Chewing her gum, rolling her eyes like jeez lady I’m just getting some food while my daughter naps. Honestly, not a great ending to the short experience but wanted to put my two cents in so yall would know who is worth being paid and who isn’t.“

“This location is pretty fast, but the fries literally get cold 2 minutes after driving off, which annoys me. Customer is getting better, the young lady was very sweet which was a nice change in scenery for this location because in the past, everyone always seem like they had an attitude or was mad at you for buying food there.“
