McDonald's in Sumter

“Came here after bowling just wanting a sweet treat with the fam. At first it was amazing, the vibe was on point, atmosphere was comfortable, and the workers seemed polite. Well we order to go on the kiosk and the worker comes to our table with one of the mc flurries, which was some of the best service I've seen from a McDonald's. After that we wait 30 MINUTES for our other 2 mcflurries. Now I know the drive thru was decently busy but the boss/manager was yelling at all the other teens in the kitchen, no wonder it was taking so long. Anyways there was this one worker that I didn't get the name of, but he was the only one who helped us and apologized for the timing, so props to him. Not that bad, guess it depends on the time of day.“

“I absolutely 100% recommend this location over all others. I drive past 3 other McDonald's to come here. They so quick and they are always happy and pleasant. I have never had an incorrect order or a bad experience here and I've been coming since they opened. It's worth passing the rest to have the best. Thank you ladies for always being so wonderful and giving me a smile to go.“

“I have almost always had a good experience for the most part. I guess it really comes down to which shift you visit the store on. First shift is by far the most professional and attentive while 3rd is far less professional and extremely far less attentive to detail and correctness.“
