McDonald's in Florence

“I placed an order in the app, pulled up to the drive thru, gave them my code, and got my food. The staff members at the windows were sweet and efficient. I don't know that there's more to say. My food was prepared correctly and fresh. I didn't go inside.“

“My husband and I were driving back to VA and stopped her to eat with our kids. It’s by far the cleanest McDonald’s we have ever been to. Also, the staff was so kind. The man with the “rich” necklace not sure if thats his name but he’s the one that took our order and kept refilling our cups. He didn’t make us feel like burden but was continuously helpful and respectful.“

It doesn’t get much friendlier or helpful than the Manger Donald. 40 dollar order and it was out under 3 minutes. Donald was a super nice dude, I appreciate you!

“First of all I couldn't understand a the lady was saying when I was ordering via the drive-thru it sounded like she was speaking another language. Respectfully I simply could not understand anything she said. Secondly, yes I was there late at night. However, I should not have been sitting there for 20 minutes just waiting on a 20 piece and fries & ZERO apology for the wait afterwards!“

“Just had a great customer service experience. I got a wrong order and brought it back to store the next day. Treasure took care of the problem with no question asked. She was empathetic and showed concern. I must say this is the best experience that I have had at McDonald’s in a long time…. The food she gave me was fresh and exactly as I ordered it! As I waited for my order the crew that was working today was on it. They were working together to get it done. Very impressed!!!“

“This particular McDonald's can be super busy due to the location (highway), so have some patience. Aside from the bustling activity, I have no complaints about the food or drinks. The attendants aren't robots and they're doing their very best. ❤“
