McDonald's in Florence

“One of the maintenance guys, I think his name was Tracy, saved my husband's life by responding to his pleas for help after he passed out behind a row of cars where he was hidden from me. His quick response in finding me inside the McDonalds allowed my husband to survive the massive blood clots in his lungs that all the doctors say he shouldn't have survived. Three other employees came out to help me call for 911 and give them the location. I went back to thank Tracy and the one who talked to 911, but didn't find the other 2. I want to thank all 4 who helped me that day. I went back to this McDonalds at least 3 times while he was in the hospital and I found the food and service to be excellent.“

“My husband and I were driving back to VA and stopped her to eat with our kids. It’s by far the cleanest McDonald’s we have ever been to. Also, the staff was so kind. The man with the “rich” necklace not sure if thats his name but he’s the one that took our order and kept refilling our cups. He didn’t make us feel like burden but was continuously helpful and respectful.“

It doesn’t get much friendlier or helpful than the Manger Donald. 40 dollar order and it was out under 3 minutes. Donald was a super nice dude, I appreciate you!

“First of all I couldn't understand a the lady was saying when I was ordering via the drive-thru it sounded like she was speaking another language. Respectfully I simply could not understand anything she said. Secondly, yes I was there late at night. However, I should not have been sitting there for 20 minutes just waiting on a 20 piece and fries & ZERO apology for the wait afterwards!“

“Just had a great customer service experience. I got a wrong order and brought it back to store the next day. Treasure took care of the problem with no question asked. She was empathetic and showed concern. I must say this is the best experience that I have had at McDonald’s in a long time…. The food she gave me was fresh and exactly as I ordered it! As I waited for my order the crew that was working today was on it. They were working together to get it done. Very impressed!!!“

“The entire experience was great. I was so very tired and hungry, and it was almost as though they could tell. The staff was fantastic. They took care of me quickly and were so nice. Everything was so good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Loved everything about my experience. I got food to go after finishing. This is definitely going to be my go-to every time I travel between Myrtle Beach and Columbia. I“
