“Went thru the drive thru? Placed order. Seen the order on the screen it was correct. Got to the window to pay. Didn't have the order, had to repeat the order. She re rings the order. Pay. Get to the next window. And the order was not correct. Its pretty basic listen to the order, punch it in. Read the monitor, bag the order.

“This is one of the few McDonald's that's their employees are actually polite and friendly!
The food is what it is now...not what it was when the industry had STANDARDS and what you ordered was actually semi healthy or better yet not loaded with sugar & junk, but hey what can you do with a society/world asthat begs for faster cheaper easier & more, all at the same time?!?“
“The employees were very polite and each one that noticed me asked if I wanted to order or if I was waiting on an order. Most McDonald's the employees just ignore you like you aren't even there. So excellent job to these employees at this McDonald's.“
“This is one of the Best McDonald's I've ever been in NC, The only problem is some, managers on first shift, are like they don't like some kind of specific people in there, and the dine in area they close an hour early every day, they wont let U order thru the app and go inside to get it it , or either go inside, let you o decide what to get an order and eat inside, if you don't have a car or riding on a bicycle 🚲, after 9pm you will have to go thru the drive thru window, yup that's right and the dine in closing hours are at 10pm but they always close at 9pm, that's why I won't give them a 5 start review.“
“I don't know what the hell people's problems are when they stop at this location,I've known the manager for 20 yrs and she does not tolerate bad customer service but at the same time she doesn't let customers run rough shod over her employees,maybe if you have a problem,you should ask for Tiffany or Jackie,they both are at tentative to customer service and will go out of there way to make things right,as for myself my food is always fresh and hot,my coffee is perfect so when you are honest with your reviews you'll take notice that employees are prone to make mistakes in a rush but they don't last long at this location as Ms.Hickenbottom is always looking for staff that can multi task.“
“They got our food quickly to us and it seemed like whomever was making the food genuinely cared. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwhich with a large fry and the fries were perfectly salted, crispy, golden and mouth watering. However the sandwich confused me. I haven't had MCdonalds in a few months and I hadn't been to this specific one before but I know for a fact that I have never had a chicken sandwich taste that good before coming from a fast food business. Perfectly crunchy and tender, seasoned well, and the bun was just the right amount of plush and delectable to accommodate the chicken itself. I got it on a Saturday night at 11:30-11:45 p.m. so whoever was working the food back there, keep up the good work. You left someone extremely happy!“
“I’m still new to ordering via the kiosk (large touch screen)—my grandson helped me. He knew what he was doing. He also knew what he and his brother and sister wanted to eat. And the three of them did eat. They cleaned the tray. But I should add, the workers did a great job. The food was good. The service was fast. I asked for extra sauces (well, what do you expect with three hungry kids?) and was quickly served.“
“Just like a Five Starred restaurant! Brings food to you! Looked and tasted delicious! Extremely clean! We did not get sick after playing on the indoor playground which was immaculately kept. The customer service was humble and easily able to connect to all costumers who they greated and took orders from. I would go here rather than the high end restaurants anyway. What a treat!“
“I was skeptical at first considering I was getting frappes after 7pm and the machine always seems to magically not be working anytime after that but I was surprised when I was told the machine was up but only caramel for which I needed mocha. Cue impending but expected heartbreak. Like a superhero, the manager Melissa, picked up on this and sprung into action. She had me pull forward and cleaned the machine herself to make sure that I, this one nobody, was able to have an amazing customer experience. She gives just about every day of her life to being there at work and each time, she bears a smile and a zest for hospitality. Although a manager, an employee like her is so rare to find in today’s America and she deserves a higher position, as she represents the standard of the brand and definition of professionalism. She is one of the best managers that I have ever interacted with and has a lucky team to be lead by such a model of success. Please, please, please, do something to show gratitude to her, she could have taken her talents elsewhere but chose to display her strength in loyalty with your company. Please do something to honor her. I know that all I got were frappes, but i could not let this exemplary customer service go unnoticed.“
“Came in twice to pick up a Doordash order. Lobby is slam full, drive thru is slam full, and these guys are putting out the orders as a team. Front cashier is keeping his cool and serving people one at a time, getting folks out smoothly and efficiently. Gotta say well done to this crew for handling the Friday rush!“
“If you go to this McDonald's on 810 S. Reilly Rd. Go to the drive thru. You would think you were at a family reunion. Loud and disrespectful. The manager is no better. I had a fly in my drink. I used to go all the time, but now it's ghetto fabulous. It has its good days and bad days. GO TO THE DRIVE THRU.......“

“I have worked in this area for 20 years. This has been on the lunch rotation for some time. Years ago this store had a reputation, not a good one.
In the past few years things have really turned around to be the best experience in fast food. Not just McDonalds.
The staff is friendly, food correct, fast, with a clean and inviting atmosphere. I hope this post reaches someone in corporate as an example of a world class turnaround.

“I have never had anything but excellent customer service at this location! I recently placed a mobile order with latte on it and they ran out but they offered me alternative drinks and upgraded my beverage to a large. The employees are always super nice and drive thru wait times are fairly quick“
