“Went inside and the kiosk was down but was still able to order on it but not pay went up to the counter with my ticket managed to pay but apparently he was new and still trying to figure things out very quiet because those usually a bunch of kids running around food was almost $12 for about two items, a kids cheeseburger with a four piece nugget was what my sister in law had as I got two chicken sandwiches.“
“ETA: I am updating this review to include that the General Manager reached out to me. I wasn't really expecting much, but he was very professional and listened to my concerns. He addressed them, apologized, and didn't make any excuses at all. He did comp the meal I purchased with a card for a new meal. I appreciated that since I had thrown away the previous meal. Due to my interaction with him, I've increased my star rating. I was able to redeem the voucher, and I can only assume that he followed through on handling it at the restaurant level as well because my experience today was very good, I even got my receipt. I appreciated his time and his professionalism.
I ordered for pick up through the mobile app. They delivered the food to the car without a receipt, which is only pertinent because in order to get assistance with an order through the mobile order, you have to have a receipt. I got home and one of the burgers was really undercooked, like pink throughout. I called the store where I received the item and they wanted a receipt. I explained that I hadn't been given one, that it was a mobile order. They told me to request help through the mobile app. The mobile app tells me to go back to the store. In order to leave feedback for the store in the app, you have to have the restaurant number, which is on the receipt. I understand that mistakes happen, but it wasn't busy at all at the time of my order and, if a mistake DOES happen, the least you could do is take accountability and make it right. Please check your food before you eat it when you order from this location. Undercooked meat can make people really sick.“
