“I absolutely love this McDonald’s and it is always good. The staff is always friendly. Food is always fresh and delicious. Honestly no other McDonald’s has this level on consistency. My favorite worker for sure is Erica. She is always so nice and makes sure that our experience is amazing. Only bad thing is that one of the managers is extremely rude to other employees and you can hear her screaming anywhere in the restaurant. I came over today and she was yelling at a poor worker and it was extremely obnoxious and unprofessional. No worker deserves that level of disrespect. It is hard to enjoy your food when right in front of you someone is getting shamed and talked down upon VERY loudly. Overall though, I love this location!“
“I went there at 6am and the black lady with glasses was very rude and confused. She rushed me through my order and kept cutting me off. I had to go through the drive thru 3 times in a row jis to order the correct food. Normally service is perfect. Won’t be going back that early. This is the best McDonald’s hands down. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is always quick and friendly.“
“I was there March 6 at 9pm. The lady in the drive-
through window taking the payment was FANTASTIC. One of the few actually kind McD employees I’ve seen in a long time - interested in selling and just paying attention and being customer focused and smiling. Thank you! Im just sorry I did not catch your name to call it out specifically. Ps - food was also great and fast.“
“THESE ARE THE NICEST PEOPLE! I only do McDonald’s for certain promotional items. This location hasn’t disappointed me yet. They always have the promotional packaging and the employees have helped me to find the exact toys or other promo items I’m looking for. Even though it takes a little extra time, they still do it and are pretty nice about it considering they DON’T get paid enough to do this job. After multiple terrible experiences at the other McDonald’s on Kildaire, I will always choose this one from now on. The food is pretty standard, atmosphere is standard but they have a fantastic team with great service running this place.“

“Drive thru order for breakfast via the app. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage mcmuffin. First time in a while I have been disappointed in their breakfast sandwiches. The biscuit is usually warm and flakes but was a sort of hard, like it had just been defrosted and warmed up. The mcmuffin part was barely more than room temperature. Disappointing.“
“Haven't been here in likely a decade and I don't review fast food places. Gentleman at the register gave off maitre de vibes- not your typical McServer. Place has definitely had a positive refresh of late. If i needed a spot to park and do work stuff for a few hours I'd choose this over Starbucks.“
