“This is the best McDonald’s in the area (Northeast Raleigh). I have been living in the area for 6 years. There is another McDonalds on Falls of Neuse which is less than a mile from my house. I drive the extra 3 miles to this one bc they are friendly and very rarely make mistakes. It is also better than the one by Triangle Town Center, better than the one off Trawick. No matter how close I am to these others, when I am out- I will drive extra to this McDonalds. The food is always neatly made, the line is quick and the person is friendly.“
“I come here often and I love the service but there is something strange going on with one night crew member…I get the same thing every time so I know what the price is. A couple of times I have went recently, they don’t put the order on the screen and up charge me for a larger fry. I noticed this when my order was a couple dollars more than usual..I asked for a receipt because I wanted to see what was going on, had to ask multiple times and was told it was in the bag, it was in fact, not in the bag. I don’t appreciate that.“
“Ordering through the app was a challenge at this location after 9pm; according to the stated times in the app the restaurant should have been accepting orders but the app also said the restaurant was closed for ordering. The drive through worked fine, even using the drive through code. And, the ice cream machine was working.“
“I don't really eat McDonald's too much nothing against them themselves, just don't like the overall quality of the food. But my quarter pounder was very fresh, my fries weren't,as usual. I got a bottle of water cause I absolutely do not trust those fountain machines for cleanliness. Nonetheless the store was absolutely clean and inviting and there was no commotion. Cheers ?“
“Seems they have shifted to kiosk and drive through business as their main business. I was a walk in customer and wanted to pay cash. I had to wait 10 mins trying to get someone to even take order. More than frustrating to see emoyees look at me waiting at the counter but yet not do anything to assist me.“

“I've been coming to this McDonald's before and the service there wasn't bad in my experience and opinion. The staff there is pretty nice, and the food was still same McDonald's food(good tasty food by the way). The place looked pretty nice inside. If the lines get long at drive thru, and inside, I might not come to eat there, or so can wait while I shop at brier creek. Overall pretty good restaurant. I'm not that offended by McDonald's. If they get my order wrong which that happened I just laugh at them, and I get the right order just for fun. You guys that work at McDonald's are doing great.“

“I had not been to this McDonald's in a very long time. It used to be some sort of rock and roll theme which was cool... However I was shocked when I walked in and it was rather plain. But even in its plainess... I saw glimpses of the 1980s woven into the modern decor! I LOVE the 80s and want McDonald's to go back to that look!“
“Service was faster than I had been experiencing lately at various McDonald's. The Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel has a pathetically small amount of Bacon for such a large sandwich. I ordered extra and still could barely taste any bacon. Don't understand why McDonalds cannot put more bacon on. Both the Sausage and Steak bagels have significantly more meat for the price.“

“I never went through a drive thru so quick.It was like they already had my order right after I ordered it, which led me to be astonished.I went to 3 other locations that night and all of them had us waiting 5-10min just to begin our order. “Ok so I normally do not rate these because they are all hit and miss mostly miss but what are you going to do when your kids want a happy meal .I went to the one on capital and the line is ridiculous every time that could be drive thru cashiers fault you can't clearly understand what they are saying and vice versa . This location had better staff because ordered quick no problem the order was repeated to me I paid and got my order and the fries were so good and crispy hot ! I will be driving 7 mins out of my way for this location from now on .“
“I'll tell you the truth, I'm there every Wednesday for bible study at 6:40 am . That is one of the best staff you can find . Always cleaning, always a big smile and a good morning. Very helpful, and a nice size crowd that time in the morning. Just a nice place to go with or without the family.“
“The inside is very nicely decorated and clean ! I’ve had mostly good experiences. There were times when costumers were asked to park around and wait for their food but instead of waiting in order, they would drive ahead which really confused the McDonald’s workers who came out and handed the food. The worker would ask if the customer had xyz and then the customer would say yes and get mad when handed the wrong food! Don’t say you ordered something you didn’t! Then the food has to get remade and the customers who didn’t cut in line would have to wait longer so it’s unfair to both customers who followed the rules and the McDonald’s workers! I recently ordered something through the app and they ran out of the ingredients so I asked for the refund and the store owner personally reached out and apologized and corrected things for me. I appreciated that because it’s not everyday the owner personally reaches out to correct things.“

“This was the best food I have gotten from a McDonald's in a long time (possibly in my life). The large fries were hot and perfectly cooked. Not too crunchy and not soggy. I also got the double fish filet sandwich. Clearly freshly made as it was piping hot. Unlike other times I've had this sandwich, this one was not drenched in tarte sauce. It had the perfect fish to tartar sauce ratio. Btw the fries were free because I used the "free fries with purchase over $5" deal.“

“My go to for fast food. The food here is always fresh and never stale. Sometimes you get a batch of fries that are not crispy, or sitting on the side or a burger where the bun isn't so fresh. Iv'e not yet once had a meal here where the food did not come straight from an oven and leave every time, saying, Mmmmm, That was delicious!!!“
