Since when does McDonald’s not have access to water?Asking for a small cup of ice water shouldn’t be embarrassing. Even more was being told this after the bank declined my $1.08 transaction. And after having just purchased a meal for $5.I was a paying customer. If only McDonald’s could view my app purchases from the last year. The manager Mariah has some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. She was incredibly rude towards me and other customers. Multiple times I've seen her ignore, belittle, and paying customers. I'm surprised she even made it this far in the service industry. I am beyond appalled with her behavior.
