Overpriced
I went over after my niece’s graduation because that’s what she wanted for breakfast. They understandably had a bit of a crowd because graduations. However, I placed an order at the kiosk for hotcakes and sausage, a sausage egg & cheese bagel, Hashbrown and two large caramel frappes. We had been waiting over 20 minutes for a fairly small order. They finally call my order number then they tell me oh the frappe machine is being cleaned it’ll be 15 minutes I said...read full review

Recently, customers noted the music can be very loud, sometimes blasting so loudly that it disrupts the dining experience. Staff members may seem unhelpful when asked to lower the volume, and there have been reports of unprofessional behavior at the drive-thru window. Despite these issues, many still enjoy eating there regularly with their children, appreciating the quick service and familiar menu.
