I stopped by this Starbucks on my way into the Raleigh Convention center for Galaxy Con. And I was very impressed! HUNDREDS of hundreds of people go to this convention, so you can imaging how insanely packed it is. Despite all the chaos, the staff had a great, upbeat energy and I've NEVER seen a Starbucks team run so fast and efficiently from one order to the next all while keeping their space clean. Seriously impressive!
Drinks were fine. Poor fella in front of me had to get breakfast but were out of all the options basically got popped 4 times.Anissa is nice and took a very attentive order especially as I purchased a cup of- sadly I spent the below Amount and was unable to get points because "theyre apart of the hotel."

Was there today as the doors opened an was greeted by a friendly barista gentleman who made my coffee and husbands order prefectly with a big smile. The lovely lady who took my order had the coolest Polish accent and was super nice. My order is crazy she got it right and the guy made it right. That should be how it goes but sadly it doesn’t always. Busy with it being at Marriott and the price was $5.95 plus tax which is always the price of my drink. I will go back tomorrow....read full review
