I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic Hokkaido-style ramen offered at this restaurant located in downtown Raleigh. A hidden gem right in the heart of Raleigh! My friends and I stayed at the Marriott Hotel next door and was looking for a place for dinner. They offer Japanese style ramen noodles at night (lucky I walked by around 7pm and saw they were open because Google shows it's closed). Ordered a bunch of food for my friends and myself.
