“Food was very good! Loved the dishes and drinks. The North Spare Ribs weren’t as flavorful as we remember, but great nonetheless. Our server Ty was fantastic! Really friendly and funny. The location itself is a bit dirty and the mall infrastructure is noticeable compared to the standalone location. Overall great time! Would recommend.“

“I ended up coming here two nights in a row during my work trip, which probably says everything. There’s just a level of care here that you don’t find everywhere.

The Philly cheesesteak was actually the owner’s recommendation, and he mentioned it’s not your typical version. I decided to go for it and it really paid off. It had this great balance of hearty, a little sweet, a little tangy, with a nice crunch on the outside and really tender meat inside. I’d also suggest getting one of the soups. It felt simple, homemade, and just really satisfying. And if you get a salad, ask for the homemade dressing. It’s good enough that you’ll want more.

What stood out most though was the owner. You can tell he genuinely cares about what he’s serving and the people coming in. It makes the whole experience feel more personal.

I tried the blooming flower tea on the second night and really enjoyed it. It’s a nice way to wind down the day - something a little different that fits the vibe of the place really well.

“I don’t usually go for Asian food, but China Won completely changed my mind. This is by far the best Chinese takeout spot in the area. The gentleman at the front cashier is absolutely amazing—I’ve never seen a fast food restaurant provide service this good. He’s always friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about customers. Whenever I’m unsure about a dish, he takes the time to explain everything patiently, in such a calm and gentle way, never rushing or showing any impatience. That kind of service is rare and truly goes above and beyond.

Honestly, sometimes it feels like I come here just for the service, not only for the food. The food is always fresh, delicious, and better than any other place nearby. “Really good dim sum in raleigh. Loved everything I previously ordered: shrimp dumplings, sesame balls, steamed egg custard buns, siu mai, and the spring rolls. my favorite was lotus leaf that has the rice and pork wrapped inside. SOOO GOOD.“

I can't say much good about the eggrolls, but crab ragoon are pretty good.

Most people just get take-out. The seating is not as good as most quick eok restaurants.

“This China Wok has been in business since before I moved to Raleigh in 1992, and for it to still be in business in 2025 wow. I remember the food bring sooo good. My mother is from NY, and she said this was the closes thing to her beloved NY city Chinese food. I love this for them. I really want to plan a trip just to get some wings and fried rice.“

The teriyaki chicken skewers are tender and slightly crispy, chicken is delicious and has extra sauce that I like to use for my rice. “By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area now.
First ordered them on doordash, late one evening. I knew with it being close to closing I was taking a gamble but I'm really glad I did. I've spent the past year trying other restaurants (most multiple times) around me and have been very disappointed in the quality of the sweet and sour chicken. It's always mostly breading and overcooked/hard/dry.
But I was very impressed with China Queen's, even as a delivery order 10-15 min away! Their's is made with big chunks of chicken, and the breading isn't overbearing at all! Always perfectly cooked so far!
I've ordered from them 5 times now and the quality of everything has consistently been perfect! We get the beef and broccoli with lo mein, sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice, pork egg rolls, and crab ragoons every time. Their pork fried rice is honestly some of the best I've had! Looks like big pieces of rib meat in the rice.
Love their crab ragoons, I will say; I wish they were a tad bigger or had more filling but they're still amazing nonetheless.

“One of the best, if not the best, bang for your buck downtown Raleigh lunch. For less than $11 they will stack a tray full of rice, chicken, and 2 spring rolls. Can't beat the amount of food for the price in downtown Raleigh. Also I would not give it 5 stars if it was bad food. It is pretty pretty good. Sesame chicken and general tso really hit the spot. “Went there for the first time on 2/14/2025. Ordered take-out from the dinner menu. Had the combination Hunan Chicken, sesame chicken, lo mein, crab Rangoon, & hot & sour soup. The flavors were all great!!! There is only one set back I want to mention…. “The Lo Mein” is not my preferred dish & will not order it ever again. The noodles were spaghetti noodles & does not do any justice to the dish. I was told my order was will be ready in 30 mins (I know it’s an estimate) but I got there 30 mins later & waited an additional 30 + mins….

Parking: I couldn’t find the place cause their lights were off. The parking was hard to get in & out due to heavy traffic (went around 6pm).“

I am picky about my Chinese food and once I found Jin Jin, I haven’t been anywhere else. It’s take out, you can dine in if you want but it’s a take out joint with tables. It’s the best takeout. It’s consistent. The egg rolls and dumplings are made in house, not frozen. “This is a family owned and operated business. They are trying very hard to please people, but some people can NOT be pleased. Everyone here is very kind, and the food is very good. Service is above standard. I have read comments on how some people don't "like" this food. That is an individual opinion. Please don't leave bad comments about the entire store just because YOU don't personally like the taste. That has NOTHING to do with anything. As far as the child (I read another comment about a child misbehaving), so it's OK for customers to bring unruly children to a restaurant, but not ok for a restaurant owners' young child to have a bad day? “The food was really good. Not many places offer general tso shrimp. Food was flavorful, I bought several dinners and did not expect it to be 80 bucks out the door but damn was it good. I had shrimp lo mein, reg house lo mein, shrimp tso, egg rolls, sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken and it was amazing. Came with white rice and it was good too. Just some out of towners starving for good Chinese and im not even mad about the bill. Very good reheated too.“

“I recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Everything was delicious! I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein w/onions only and a shrimp egg roll. EVERYTHING was made fresh! The egg roll was nice & crispy and not saturated with oil, the shrimp in the lomein was PLENTIFUL and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Most importantly, the delivery time was only 15mins! I ordered the Szechuan chicken with white rice and triple delight with white rice from the house special section and then 2 shrimp egg rolls.
