“Casual place, delicious food! They have 1 table for four and a few counters with stools. I believe mostly take out. The food is authentic Chinese food.. No fried rice, low main, etc.

“We moved from California and couldn't find a good Chinese restaurant in Cary area, until we use Google Map and found Fang's kitchen. We always get their Tri Pepper chicken, BBQ pork Lo Mein, and pork egg foo yung.

Who needs PF Chang when there's Fang's kitchen! Oh, and they don't use the cheap Styrofoam for their ToGo's.“

“We have been coming here for as long as they've been open. Close to 20 years, maybe? The owners know us. They are so good to us. Everything we eat there is amazing, I crave the pea tips with garlic! It's our family gathering spot for birthdays and celebrations. We love sitting at one of the big round tables with the lazy-susan in the middle and getting mounds of food that we just spin around and keep eating! It's much different Chinese food than you'll eat in other Americanized places. Very authentic, and you can get spicy or not. We recommend it to everyone!“

“How do you judge a a strip mall Chinese takeout place? -- the answer is, by its soups.
I tried the egg drop soup and hot and sour soup, both were made fresh and both were very very good!
Egg drop soup with simple, tasty stock with fragrance of sesame oil. Hot and sour soup. Full of mushroom , wood-ear mushroom , carrots and tofu and with perfect amount of spice and sweetness.
Some other Chinese takeout may have them couple dollars cheaper but these are top notch.“

“Food was better compared to my regular china buffet. Frequently warm and good selections. The service was decent, had people watching over like a hawk but not super attentive. Took my water completely empty to refill. The atmosphere however, was the worst. You sit in a table where everywhere around you, you feel watched. The glass panels show every bite you take, every plate of food you gobble down. People left and right, the tables are crowded in one specific area even though there are different empty sections available. I applaud the people after me that asked for a different table.“
