Had a lot of fun here with the wide variety of dishes to pick from. The menu can be a little intimidating at first, but honestly, just look at pictures and go with whatever you think will be good. Personally, I liked the dry noodle dishes better, but that's just because I'm not a huge broth person. Finally we have a cross bridge noodle place in the Triangle area!! We tried two soup bases, the Szechuan spicy (so good with beef) and pickled pepper, and both were balanced and flavorful. The side dishes were fresh and versatile, complementing our noodles perfectly. It overall has a generous portion size for the price. The service was exceptionally fast and attentive. Also we were pleasantly surprised by how yummy their drinks were! Overall, a must visit for noodle lovers!!
