After hearing how great this place was, my wife and I thought we would give it a try. We ordered four dishes, so we could sample a variety (and have leftovers). We were blown away! The food was amazing! Each dish was delivered to the table as it came out of the kitchen, hot and flavorful! We will be back soon, for there are a lot more dishes to try. Taipei 101 is the best Chinese food experience that I've had in the Triangle in the last few years. When I walked in the door my mouth started watering. Clean but not fancy and the hostess was directing staff in Mandarin. Service was really fast and the food is terrific! The soup dumplings were OK, but the eggplant with basil, beef ho-fun, and, unbelievably you can order straight off the menu without baking ahead, Peking duck were all delicious and authentic.
