“We stopped here on the way back from Raleigh Durham Airport for a quick dinner . It is a chinese takeout restaurant inside a shopping plaza next to Food Lion. The lady was very pleasant and welcoming and treated us like a special guest. We sat inside and ordered the sesame and general tso chicken combination dinners . The serving size was a really big portion. The chicken was crunchy and came with pork fried rice and a crispy egg roll. The food was pretty tasty 😋 Service was quick and friendly. Nice place to stop if you're in the area and wanting chinese takout.“

“Greatest Of All Time chinese joint. I’m down to fight if you wanna disagree. 1) All the meat I’ve tried here is lean and flavorful, consistently high quality. That’s hard to find. 2) Stellar value on their meals. Hibachi lunch combo is like $12 after taxes AND you get a side of the best egg drop soup on the Eastern Seaboard. Also, they’ve had a BOGO free Makimono sushi roll deal for several years now, and it’s always been tasty. 3) Service is immaculate. The nice lady usually working the counter knew my name by my third time coming in, she’ll hand me my order without me having to say word. If someone says the service was bad here, I can guarentee they were being bad customers. 4) SELF SERVE SAUCES, UTENSILS, AND FORTUNE COOKIES. Hibachi 88 is the ONLY asian food place I’ve ever visited that offers this. I like a lot of soy and duck sauce, and I love fortune cookies. It’s the little things like that, that keep me as a return customer.“

“Ordered Singapore chow mein, lo mein, crab Rangoons and General Tso's for the first time from China Won (delivery). Hey, don't judge my tastes! Anyway, this may be the best Chinese I've had in the area, and I've lived here almost 30 years. We got it after 8pm, and it was fresh and piping hot (credit to dasher too), with very good portion size. Far exceeded expectations - be forewarned, the food was spicier than I'm used to. Great for me, some people might find it too much. The only thing I would love to see is more broccoli in the General Tso's and more crab in the Rangoon.“

They have always been consistent with the food quality and their efforts to maintain cleanliness and care are noticeable, even if the area around the restaurant is a little sketchy. The restaurant owner talks about how he’s seen me grow up, and my parents talk about they’ve seen his son grow up. It’s obvious the owner cares about his customers. I’ve moved out to college in UNCC now, but even in my dinky apartment over 100 miles away I crave Wang’s kitchen.“

“As another reviewer said, if you're from the NJ or NY area, this is the kind of Chinese food you are looking for. The smell alone when I walked in told me exactly what I needed to know that I finally found the Chinese food restaurant that I was going to enjoy. It also has the exact atmosphere that I'm looking for in a Chinese restaurant, one that tells me that the food is so good they don't got to do nothing to the building. It just shows that they've been there for a long time and are doing all the right things.

“This China Wok has been in business since before I moved to Raleigh in 1992, and for it to still be in business in 2025 wow. I remember the food bring sooo good. My mother is from NY, and she said this was the closes thing to her beloved NY city Chinese food. I love this for them. I really want to plan a trip just to get some wings and fried rice.“

“I was a walk-in today and ordered my food to go. While waiting I stepped into Food Lion for groceries. When I returned, my food was packaged, hot, and ready to go. Once home and settled, I realized I was missing one of the sauces that normally accompanied one of the dishes I ordered. Without saying too much more on here, I can say that not only did China Moon make it right, but they went above and beyond in doing so. Customer service is alive and well at China Moon! In addition to their large portions and great flavor, I do recommend them for feeding your Chinese food craves. They’re A++++ in my book.“

“It was my first time and was looking to grab something to eat quickly. It wasn't in the best part of town(right off south saunders) but it was a very good portion. I got the lomein(delicious) with chicken wings and the house fried rice with mongolian beef which was tasty but loaded with way more celery,greenpeppers,greenonion,onion than actual beef. For the price i would definitely patronize them if im back on that side of town“

“By far my favorite Chinese restaurant in the area now.
First ordered them on doordash, late one evening. I knew with it being close to closing I was taking a gamble but I'm really glad I did. I've spent the past year trying other restaurants (most multiple times) around me and have been very disappointed in the quality of the sweet and sour chicken. It's always mostly breading and overcooked/hard/dry.
But I was very impressed with China Queen's, even as a delivery order 10-15 min away! Their's is made with big chunks of chicken, and the breading isn't overbearing at all! Always perfectly cooked so far!
I've ordered from them 5 times now and the quality of everything has consistently been perfect! We get the beef and broccoli with lo mein, sweet & sour chicken, pork fried rice, pork egg rolls, and crab ragoons every time. Their pork fried rice is honestly some of the best I've had! Looks like big pieces of rib meat in the rice.
Love their crab ragoons, I will say; I wish they were a tad bigger or had more filling but they're still amazing nonetheless.

“One of the best, if not the best, bang for your buck downtown Raleigh lunch. For less than $11 they will stack a tray full of rice, chicken, and 2 spring rolls. Can't beat the amount of food for the price in downtown Raleigh. Also I would not give it 5 stars if it was bad food. It is pretty pretty good. Sesame chicken and general tso really hit the spot. I recommend this place.Don't order online like the bad reviews I've seen having bad experiences with that. Just walk in. It takes less than a minute to get a tray and pay“

This is my go-to place, my daughter would call me and ask me to bring in food when I leave work in Cary and drive home to Youngsville, NC(Franklin Co.). “The "older Asian woman" referred to deals with customers up front, works the kitchen, answers the phone, and also helps with take-out orders, and serves the tables, often at the same time. Don't come in the door expecting the staff to pander you. They have many other customers being served at once, not just you. People who deal directly with the public typically can judge your attitude within seconds - how they respond often depends upon how you treat them when you first open your mouth. This is one of our favorite restaurants, and after 10 years we keep coming back. That "older woman" is a person too. She is also a grandmother; if you ask she might even share a photo or two. It will at least be a bright spot in her day while having to deal with rude and disrespectful entitled customers looking to get something for nothing. Every time we eat in, we leave with take-out containers due to the quantity of food on our plates. After a decade, we have never yet returned anything to the kitchen or found fault with a take-out order. They probably do mess up an order here and there; as do most all restaurants. Deal with it in a polite and respectful manner rather than shouting and screaming; that is a reflection of you, not the restaurant staff. Fuji China preps hundreds of take-out orders a week, yet only a small percentage leave reviews. That's because those of us who are completely satisfied seldom do reviews. Emotional customers and self-styled influencers post the most negative reviews - just read a few of them, they are plainly not rational customers.“

“I had a gift card given to me some 1.5 years ago, and just today made my way to the store! Felt adventurous and was craving some tropical fruits. I was blown away by the variety of exotic fruits, and the extensive choice of fish. The store is, certainly, a cultural experience! My 10-year-old and I each got a smoothie - mango and pear, but I feel curious about many of the other drinks and desserts that I’d love to try. “This is a family owned and operated business. They are trying very hard to please people, but some people can NOT be pleased. Everyone here is very kind, and the food is very good. Service is above standard. I have read comments on how some people don't "like" this food. That is an individual opinion. Please don't leave bad comments about the entire store just because YOU don't personally like the taste. That has NOTHING to do with anything. As far as the child (I read another comment about a child misbehaving), so it's OK for customers to bring unruly children to a restaurant, but not ok for a restaurant owners' young child to have a bad day? “The food was really good. Not many places offer general tso shrimp. Food was flavorful, I bought several dinners and did not expect it to be 80 bucks out the door but damn was it good. I had shrimp lo mein, reg house lo mein, shrimp tso, egg rolls, sesame chicken and sweet and sour chicken and it was amazing. Came with white rice and it was good too. Just some out of towners starving for good Chinese and im not even mad about the bill. Very good reheated too.“

“The OG of Chinese hole in the wall restaurants. Not a place where you’ll find orange-sauced chicken nuggets but an obvious neighborhood favorite judging from the continual to-go traffic. We enjoyed generous portions of chicken fried rice and shrimp fried rice. One star withheld for greasy egg rolls. The egg drop soup lacked flavor (to me) but the egg was very tender. The atmosphere was lacking but the prices make up for it; $16 each for our meals plus counter tip.“

“I absolutely loved everything I ordered! I got the Bourbon Chicken, chicken wings with beef fries, General Tso’s Chicken, and more. Everything was fresh and delicious. Since I ate it right away, the chicken was perfectly crispy, and the rice is honestly the best I’ve had around here!

The restaurant was also very clean, and they had a 100 sanitation rating, which was really impressive. This is definitely one of the cleanest and best restaurants I’ve been to. I highly recommend it!“
