China Star Reviews
I recently moved to the neighborhood and decided to give them a try. Everything was delicious! I ordered Shrimp Lo Mein w/onions only and a shrimp egg roll. EVERYTHING was made fresh! The egg roll was nice & crispy and not saturated with oil, the shrimp in the lomein was PLENTIFUL and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Most importantly, the delivery time was only 15mins! I Will definitely be ordering again REAL SOON!
Meal was very good!!!
I ordered a beef and broccoli with white rice. I had more broccoli than any of the beef. And this was a large order for the price I was charged 15.10 it's not worth it I can go by ahead of broccoli and probably buy some bee and cook it myself for way cheaper than this but of course I know going out and getting it already prepared is our convenience and our choice. But they don't have to load it down with broccoli and hardly know me. I can say I will not buy it from here again.

China Star is a Chinese takeout restaurant that has been a favorite for over 10 years. The food is good, with dishes like shrimp egg fu yung and shrimp pai thai being highlights. The house fried rice with peas, carrots, onion, and three meats is a must-try. The staff are generally friendly, and the restaurant provides comfortable seating. Customers often praise the delicious food, especially the egg roll, which is considered very good. The sesame chicken and fried rice are popular choices, and some customers find the food to be so tasty that they finish it quickly. However, recent changes have led to less vegetables and authenticity in the dishes, and the prices have increased, with a small fried rice and crab ragoons totaling $16. The restaurant is well-liked but has received some comments about poor service and higher prices compared to competitors. Overall, China Star remains a go-to spot for many who enjoy familiar Chinese dishes with a nostalgic touch.
