It was my first time coming here today and I would say that the food was amazing. I’ve tried many hibachi places and this is definitely one of my favorites. Would definitely recommend and refer others to.
First time visiting this Hibachi 88, and it is by far my preferred location to the Durham locations. The amount of food you get for the price is great (I paid $20 total for me and my mom), and the food was hot and fresh. I got the hibachi steak, and my mom got the Hibachi 88 rice. Did not take a long time to receive our food, and the cashier was nice.Will definitely continue going to this location.

Was my favorite hibachi until today. Hopefully this was a mistake. The hibachi chicken is usually decent. Nicely cooked, not oversized and fatty. Today it’s like they minced the chicken so small they are diced tomatoes vs nice sized cubes. Then, it’s grilled so the chicken pieces are tiny crispy and just not enjoyable. Been eating here 2-5 times a month since May 2023. I’m a very picky eater and this is one place I enjoy, I hope the chicken doesn’t stay like this
