This location's food as good as Poole Road location and the White Sauce is amazing as well. The Chinese lady who working in the front is very nice and professional . Will definitely come back.

This location is not too far from my house but it was my first time visiting the restaurant to pickup brunch. Firstly, when I entered the restaurant, I noticed they had a 97.5 health sanitation rating which was a plus. Again, I was there for takeout and so I ordered the Hibachi Chicken. It was absolutely delicious! The meal along with the white sauce and ginger sauce provided. And the portion size was on point. It was really a perfect meal. And an excellent bargain for my buck! I'm looking forward to my next visit to Hibachi 88.Parking: There are several parking spaces near and around the restaurant.

Was my favorite hibachi until today. Hopefully this was a mistake. The hibachi chicken is usually decent. Nicely cooked, not oversized and fatty. Today it’s like they minced the chicken so small they are diced tomatoes vs nice sized cubes. Then, it’s grilled so the chicken pieces are tiny crispy and just not enjoyable. Been eating here 2-5 times a month since May 2023. I’m a very picky eater and this is one place I enjoy, I hope the chicken doesn’t stay like this

It was my first time coming here today and I would say that the food was amazing. I’ve tried many hibachi places and this is definitely one of my favorites. Would definitely recommend and refer others to.
Ordered hibachi chicken for my son 3 hours later he was vomiting and had diarrhea. It was so bad I took him to er ! He has staph food poisoning. And yes staph presents 2-8 hours after consuming the food. Comes from food sitting at room temperature too long. Please watch temps hibachi 88. Don’t be surprised if you have a food safety visit.
I ordered food for dinner and when I got home, the food was all over the bag and all over the driveway. When I called, she said that the box was closed when she gave it to me and it was not her problem
