I placed an online order at 9:59 pm. Online it states that the store closes at 11 pm on Friday nights. I get to the store and Jalen stated that they were closed and my order came in “late” so he wouldn’t make my sandwich. He told me to refund it through the app and I stated that I didn’t place my order through the app I placed it online he shrugged his shoulders and walked away. They closed at 10 pm. Placed a mobile order and had my friend pick it up for me. I was mad when I received it. They neglected to toast my sandwich or add the cheese that I requested. The Baja chipotle was omitted as well. Why offer these options if we can’t have our food the way we requested?

Google says they close at 10pm on Saturdays. Sign on the door says they close at 10pm on Saturdays. This is the second week in a row I arrived at 9:45 only to find them already closed.
