Hibachi China 88 Reviews
Greatest Of All Time chinese joint. I’m down to fight if you wanna disagree. 1) All the meat I’ve tried here is lean and flavorful, consistently high quality. That’s hard to find. 2) Stellar value on their meals. Hibachi lunch combo is like $12 after taxes AND you get a side of the best egg drop soup on the Eastern Seaboard. Also, they’ve had a BOGO free Makimono sushi roll deal for several years now, and it’s always been tasty. 3) Service is immaculate....read full review

Hibachi China 88 offers typical Chinese food next to Food Lion. The restaurant has friendly staff despite the slightly dirty interior. The food is good but service can be slow. The authentic dishes like beef and broccoli combo are delicious. The wait time is reasonable, around 15-20 minutes. Consider dimming the bright lights for a cozier dining experience. Customers have enjoyed the food, noting that the dumplings are actually great and the dinner platters weigh about 2.5 lbs each, offering good value. The menu can be hit or miss, with some dishes like fried rice not meeting expectations, but others like chicken chow mein, house fried rice, and hibachi grill items are consistently delicious. The staff are very friendly and efficient, making the dining experience better despite the simple atmosphere. Overall, it’s a place where the standard of cooking is high, and many customers keep coming back for the tasty food and quick service.
