“Excellent Family-Style Dining with Fresh Ingredients and Generous Portions

C&T Wok is a wonderful place for sharing dishes with family and friends. The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and busy, which is always a good sign. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was efficient throughout our meal.

We especially enjoyed the spicy stir-fried fish fillet and the stir-fried pork intestines, both packed with bold flavors and authentic Sichuan-style seasoning. The water spinach was fresh, crisp, and perfectly cooked, while the tofu salad added a refreshing balance to the richer dishes.

The staff worked quickly despite the busy dining room, and our food arrived promptly. Prices were reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes.

The only reason for giving four stars instead of five is that some dishes were a bit oily and heavily seasoned, though that is fairly typical for this style of cuisine.

Overall, C&T Wok offers fresh ingredients, large portions, authentic flavors, and excellent value. A great choice for anyone looking for a satisfying family-style Chinese dining experience.“

“Upon entering you are greeted with a friendly welcome, the food is fresh and it tastes amazing. The price is very reasonable for the portion of food. I have been coming back due to the service and quality of food. The portions are big enough for one or two people depending on how hungry you are, some dishes could use a bit more meat but this is a personal preference I’m sure you could ask for double the meat for an additional cost.“

“Every time I come to RTP, I like to get a dragon and phoenix from this place. It's always delicious. I even got it two days in a row this week. Yum!

“Update 2026: skewers are still quite good, nothing better in the triangle. We have tried various dishes (e.g. dough covered pork, dry pot fish) and can safely conclude that it is highly recommended to stick to skewers when ordering from this place

Food flavor-wise is good for the skewers, especially the smokiness, which is striking. The tenderness could be better for the beef skewer.
The malatang is decent but not as good as other places“

“8:30pm : My husband and I got “Sesame Chicken” and “General Tso” and it was very fresh, hot, and crispy. The restaurant was clean, smelled good, and the service was quick/friendly. Best takeout experience i’ve had. Will definitely be coming here again.“

“Thought we would be adventurous and try the Jellyfish Cucumber Salad. Google said it is hard to find anything but dried, salted jellyfish. This dish is fresh! The crunch and the textures were really fun! Fresh jellyfish is surprisingly non-slimy or squiggly. It was firm with a gentle bite with a light, fresh flavor. Not fishy at all. The jellyfish and cucumber complement each other so well! We all ate much more than we thought we would, and had to remind ourselves to save some to take home for another family member to try.
We enjoyed the Korean Seafood Pancake for the seafood flavor variety and the delicious sweet & savory plum sauce. That’s good comfort food and a satisfying fill. (Not in photo.)
Chinese Mixed Vegetables was a lightly savory blend of lotus root, black fungus, bamboo shoots, carrots, green peppers, and 2 other fungi we didn’t recognize, but sure liked the textures.
Pork and glass noodles were medium-savory and the perfect texture. Wide noodles are not my favorite, but my kid liked them.
Sweet and Sour Lotus Root has a tender crunch and a gently sweet flavor, with just a little sour to make it perky. We all loved that dish!
Our server was so very friendly and he really could hustle! He was very careful for our gluten free need. Thank you!!!“

“This is an excellent authentic Chinese restaurant. Two of us went and had a fantastic lunch of crispy fish and snow pea shoots with garlic. My friend and I are from Hong Kong and Malaysia. We know good Chinese food when we taste it.
This place is legit and Alice the server is super nice and helpful with menu recommendations. The atmosphere is basic and clean. Not a bougie over priced restaurant like so many mediocre establishments around town these day.“
