Very authentic Shaanxi food, beyond expectation cleanliness, and friendly staff. There’s a sign in the restaurant that basically says “feel free to order anything; everything is delicious.” I’ve tried almost everything on their menu and it’s pretty much true. Best wishes for their business.
The Chinese street food menu at this place is the real deal. I ordered the savory tofu pudding and the chive dumpling and these delicious bites instantly transported me to breakfasts that I had in China. You can save yourself the plane ticket and just come eat here. SO GOOD. These are dishes that I can't even find in restaurants in my metro area, so I truly appreciate the restaurant for offering them. Absolutely amazing food and authentic Xi’an flavor! The tofu pudding was smooth and savory, the soup dumplings were juicy and full of flavor, and the roujiamo was crispy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. Everything tasted fresh and truly authentic. One of the best Xi’an-style meals I’ve had in the Triangle Area! Highly recommended — definitely a five-star experience!
