The spicy tonkotsu ramen here is so incredibly flavorful and delicious! It includes lots of meat and lots of different toppings. The broth is fragrant and not too spicy. Highly recommend checking out Masa Sushi & Ramen for lunch!
Dang this place is GOOD! We ordered the sashimi, walnut roll, reckless roll, and volcano hot (?) roll. It was all very fresh. Unique ingredients. The service was solid and we didn’t feel rushed to dine and leave, I like that. This is now one of the top 2 sushi places I’ve eaten at in the triangle area. On par with M.Sushi.

The ramen here is pretty good! Not as good as Miso Ramen, but the broth is still pretty flavorful. What made this five stars for me was the attentive server, the chill ambiance, and the speed our food came out. My spicy tonkotsu ramen was just fine. I liked my cuts of meat. The ramen eggs were good, too! Definitely will be back to try something else.
