“This is a special place that will now be my ramen shop. Tonight was my first experience at Miso but I know ramen. I got the Tonkotsu ramen which I have had at every ramen shop in the raleigh/cary area. It's my litmus test. If you can produce a good base Tonkotsu, then you have the right foundation and knowledge to make other foundations in my opinion. The noodles are perfect with bounce and chew. Not your 1$ ramen package. The Char Shu is succulent and well seasoned. The bowl is accompanied by the most fresh ingredients that sing with the broth. I always start with mild spice for and ramen to test the true taste of the broth. I would go medium to spicy if you are not adverse to heat/spice. Mild was tame as expected. The atmosphere has the perfect "Ramen Bar" feel with bar seating and some inside seating at tables. A lot of seating is outside on picknic tables and they are covered. Expect to sit next to someone to get a seat a peak hours as it is so good, it is so busy. There is enough seating, but it fills up. Good sign!As I said I will be back to try my next taste test. Shoyu. Another foundational staple. I'm so excited to find this place.I actually enjoyed the food so much I'd love to talk the manager/owner about their experiences as the experiences have taught Miso how to make amazing ramen.Enjoy!“
“The food is ok. While I’d say it’s authentic, it’s an authentic representation of decent, but not great, Chinese BBQ.They ask if you want it spicy or not, but the spiciness level doesn’t really register. We asked them to bring the next batch more spicy, but it was still pretty mild.“
“The ramen here is pretty good! Not as good as Miso Ramen, but the broth is still pretty flavorful. What made this five stars for me was the attentive server, the chill ambiance, and the speed our food came out. My spicy tonkotsu ramen was just fine. I liked my cuts of meat. The ramen eggs were good, too! Definitely will be back to try something else.“
“My dad and I went to Goji Bistro when he came to visit and he could not say enough good things about the food and service. He can’t wait to come back to visit because he loved it so much. Everything was fabulous and our server was kind, considerate and consistently got us drink refills and cleared our plates. This service was superior to Capital Grille, Angus Barn and Stoney River Steakhouse.“
“If you're craving a taste of Taiwan right here in Cary, NC, look no further than Noodle Boulevard. Reminiscent of the noodle shops I frequented during my travels in Taiwan years ago, this eatery captures the essence of authentic Taiwanese cuisine with every bite. Upon entering Noodle Boulevard, I was immediately struck by its simple yet inviting decor. The atmosphere transported me back to the bustling streets of Taiwan, with its minimalist design and spacious outdoor dining area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with friends and family, especially on a pleasant day. Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the noodles. The flavor of the broth at Noodle Boulevard is nothing short of spectacular. It's clear that the chefs here take great care in crafting each batch, as the broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Whether you prefer traditional beef noodle soup or something a bit more adventurous like spicy sesame noodles, you're sure to find something to satisfy your cravings.Overall, my experience at Noodle Boulevard was nothing short of delightful. From the authentic flavors to its efficient service, it's clear that this eatery is a gem in the heart of Cary. Whether you're a seasoned traveler missing the tastes of Taiwan or simply a lover of good food, I would recommend paying a visit to Noodle Boulevard. You won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: It does not have section specifically for vegetarians, but each dish listed ingredients.Parking: The eatery has limited spaces, but it is next to a shopping mall where has plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: The place offers high chairs and easy style of chopsticks for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It has an easy access and reserved spaces for patrons with wheelchairs.“
“We have ordered from this restaurant twice. The broth in the Niku Udon is incredible; it is almost unreal how beefy the flavor is. Highly recommend; we haven't tried much else from this restaurant so it's hard to give a full review. We did get the gyoza this time and found them okay; I probably wouldn't get those again, but I'll definitely go back for the Udon.“
“Very cute place, I ordered their Iso Iso Ramen because it was the only spicy option they had. It was yummy, but the spice wasn’t very flavorful, it was just a plain/bland spicy. Employees were very kind & welcoming and our server was doing amazing.“
“Clean. Smells amazing and the food was awsome. If you can’t make up your mind let the shop choose. Ramen was so good so fresh. The ramen eggs and tonkatsu pork were amazing! The pork is hot fresh and it was clearly grilled just before my order was brought out. This is on par with noodle blvd!“
“The young lady who served us upstairs was very chill and pleasant! First time experience for this restaurant was very good for a Sunday late lunch deal, with the prices, plenty of parking garages in the area so Imma definitely ? be back! Moved here from DC and this spot was affordable, chill and I would recommend it,“
“Went out for lunch with my father and had a pleasant time. I ordered the Pad Thai and my father has the Pad Khi Mao (Drunken Noodles). Both were tasty, though we both loved the Pad Khi Mao more for it’s spicy yummy taste (which can be adjusted to your preference). The service was great from all servers that came by to check up on us and to refill our drinks. It was a wonderful meal for a nice day out with my father! Would definitely come again!“
“Fantastic ramen joint. The broth is chicken based so much lighter than pork-based broth, but still extremely flavorful and satisfying. I preferred it as it's a lighter and cleaner taste. The black garlic ramen came loaded with tender char siu and flavorful chicken, with a soft boiled ramen egg. Lots of veggies as well to balance out the flavors. I also had the karaage which was nicely fried with a delicious sauce, but could have used a squeeze of lemon. Washed it all down with an ice cold Sapporo. Overall I loved the meal and will definitely be back.“
