found this gem of a place on Reddit looking for the best noodles in the triangle!! 10/10! I had the chicken curry & omg the broth is soooo good! & the bao bun is even more banging! 🔥 we will be back!

The menu features delicious Ramen, with a spicyness level from 1 to 5, where level 4 is very enjoyable. They also serve other dishes like chicken curry with udon, Tonkotsu ramen noodles, Duck Ramen, and shrimp tempura udon, all full of flavor. Vegetarian options are available and loved. For starters, the fried oysters are delicious, crispy outside and juicy inside. Dessert includes sweet rice with mango. The food comes out quick and the service is outstanding. The place has a nostalgic Christmas vibe with beautiful decorations. It is a restaurant worth driving to and many are excited to go again, having cravings for Noodle Blvd.
