“Miso Ramen bar is undeniably delicious, and my son considers it his favorite ramen spot. Situated conveniently near Downtown Raleigh, the restaurant offers ample parking. I recommend arriving a bit early as there may be a short wait (reservations are not accepted), but there is bar seating available. Upon arrival, you can add your name to the waitlist, which is a nice touch. The restaurant is consistently busy, yet always well-maintained with clean facilities. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12 Pork Belly Buns (2) $9 Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.“

“As soon as you walk into the restaurant it has such a cozy atmosphere and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here for around 6-8ish months and have never had a bad experience whether they were slow or busier. Went today with my family for lunch and our server was great! He checked on us made sure we had what we needed and we will return of course!!“

“The service was excellent. Our server was very patient. We went to celebrate our daughter’s 10th birthday and she and the kids took a minute to choose their boba teas. He did not rush us and was very kind. Our orders came out quickly and everything was correct. The ramen and gyozu were delicious.“

“Inside a cute little food hall, this place makes their corner feel like an authentic sushi bar with plenty of seating, English subtitled anime playing, and an excellent music selection (I may be biased; I went on October 24th and they were playing good Halloween music and Dragon Ball Super). Despite going on a Saturday during lunch I didn't have trouble finding a seat. But also. The food. I got the salmon chiraishi and it was excellent. Your pickled radish was still crunchy, the salmon was perfect, the rice was perfectly cooked. They also have tacos and other Tex Nex offerings in addition to the Japanese menu. 10/10 absolutely fantastic“

“I enjoyed the deep chicken broth flavor and the chewiness from the handmade noodles. While people are generally impressed by tonkatsu ramen, I think it’s hard to make a good chicken broth, and the noodle smith does it so well. Chicken kaarage is also worth getting too!“
