I enjoyed the deep chicken broth flavor and the chewiness from the handmade noodles. While people are generally impressed by tonkatsu ramen, I think it’s hard to make a good chicken broth, and the noodle smith does it so well. Chicken kaarage is also worth getting too!
Excellent food and service!
First visit, with Son. Professional, great presentation and tasty food. Quick service. Great house made ramen in tasty broth, filled with extras such as bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, seaweed and corn. Simpler ramen also on the menu. Will be back.

There is house chili oil that the staff can bring that is so flavorful. The service is quick, and the restaurant is clean. Guests can sit down and order via QR code and pay the same way. The interior is peaceful and clean with a beautiful saltwater aquarium full of fish and anemones, and the staff is really nice and helpful. The handmade noodles, dumplings, and everything else are delicious. The black garlic chicken ramen with an extra egg is a favorite, and the Spicy Chicken Paitan has a good kick without being so hot that it overwhelms everything else. The karaage chicken is very tender and crispy, and the shoyu, the yuzu black truffle ramen, and the dry-ramen mazamen are also very tasty. The noodles are wonderfully springy and cooked well.
