First time here and it was very good❤️😍 their karage and Shrimp bites are so yummy the main dish Tonkotsu Ramen was Phenomenal the best RAMEN we have in the Triangle m. Plus everyone are friendly even the Japanese Chef:) Manager Jacob was super friendly too. Highly Recommended🙌.!
The ramen was 🔥 like legit extremely good. Spicy paste black garlic and tonkatsu broth is the top tier combo so their #1 on the menu is my dream and it delivered big on flavor. We also really enjoyed the crispy shrimp apppetizer. PLEASE add the udon noodle soup from Sushi Mon to the menu because that soup is also insanely delish and would be a nice different option on the menu if you’re not in the mood for traditional ramen. This restaurant takes what other ramen places do very well and brings it to the next level. All aspects of the tonkotsu ramen dish were perfect, from the pork being delicate and flavorful to the bamboo shoots being tender yet flavorful. All bamboo shoots I've had at other locations are too earthy and pungent but the ones here were perfect. My wife said this was her favorite tofu ramen dish she has had (out of many).
