Very good food
Accidentally ordered from this place in Cary when I meant to order from Hong Kong in Cary. It was a considerably further drive but the food was excellent!
How do you judge a a strip mall Chinese takeout place? -- the answer is, by its soups.
I tried the egg drop soup and hot and sour soup, both were made fresh and both were very very good!
Egg drop soup with simple, tasty stock with fragrance of sesame oil. Hot and sour soup. Full of mushroom , wood-ear mushroom , carrots and tofu and with perfect amount of spice and sweetness.
Some other Chinese takeout may have them couple dollars cheaper but these are top notch.
