“I called this McDonalds as our daughter is a huge BTS fan and has been buying kid meal after kid meal to get Kooky and has never had success. I spoke with Tasha and she was kind enough to take the time to find one and put it back in the office for my daughter. When we got to the restaurant, Tasha put it in the happy meal and my daughter was thrilled when she opened her box! I know Tasha had many other things to do but she took the time and put in the effort to make my daughter and myself very happy! It's rare to find people who will go the extra mile to serve a customer but Tasha did! What an excellent employee! Thank you so much!“
