“This McDonald's location is pretty great and food is good for being fast food. I appreciate that MDs now has round egg vs folded egg option. Biggest note is for folks to ensure that all parts of an order gets to the customer. Left off oatmeal, which was what I wanted most, and no one caught it. I couldn't turn around because I was on the way to work. Attention to detail is important. When asked for round egg option again, ended up with folded egg, and I was looking forward to the round egg (also, that's what I ordered, lol).“
“It's good to have this McDonald's in the Bryan Center. It's a good source of late-night study food, with solid hours and a very convenient location. Staff can be a little slow sometimes, but they generally get orders right and it's a positive experience overall.“

“The people are usually friendly. The flow is pretty good also even when they're a little bit busier, at least at the drive thru. The last few days only one lane has been open but it doesn't seem to affect much and I visit in the morning and the afternoon as well. Overall I'd say they're doing pretty well, better than the other Roxboro Rd location who has been out of hot drinks for over a week now and Brier Creek that's known to be a "24hr" except for like 3-4:30 in the morning when they're only taking cash or not operating at all.“
“Drive thru moves more quickly than most McDonalds and much faster than many other fast food brands. When dining in tables and chairs clean. Found restroom with all fixtures working. Saturday and Sunday mornings thru lunch I've observed many family's enjoying time together.Parking: Large with other free parking within 50 feet of building.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and several marked parking spaces available.“
“3.2 is not accurate. I usually don’t review fast food places, chains, or franchises because they should be consistent and I don’t go to ones that aren’t. This McDonald’s location is on point. I was the start of a BLITZ, and the staff crushed. Dinner service on 1/17/2024 staff should be held in high regard. The restaurant was clean, it was busy, drive thru, and lobby… lines, lines, lines, McFlurrys, blended coffees, happy meals, all the hard stuff (hard stuff because it interrupts the typical flow), and the staff absolutely CRUSHED it. ?????? I eat a lot of McDonald’s… I’ve been to A LOT of McDonald’s, and this one was FANTASTIC! All 5 ⭐️’s !!! Pressure Handled!!!“
“Slow down enough to get it right, sandwiches not wrapped anymore just thrown in the paper. Sauce not put in the bag as requested. But my sandwich was hot and made correctly with no cheese. The restroom was clean and we barely get customer service anymore because of them damn kiosks. I hate kiosks!!!“
“The coffee hit the spot and the new spicy chicken sandwich had just enough heat. Quite tasty. Took about 2-3 minutes from placing the order to paying and receiving my food. The drive thru gentleman that handed me my food, young man will glasses, had a welcoming smile.“
“I was starving so I came to this location for something quick. I went through the drive thru and ordered a combo and 2 cookies. I had to wait a little bit bc my cookies were in the oven but when my food came, everything was hot and fresh. Only complaint I have is I asked for sweet and sour sauce before I pulled up to wait for my food and the girl said she would put it in the bag and she didn't so I had to go inside and ask for it. That's the only reason I am giving this location 4 stars.“
