My family and I have been back here in NC since March 2026 and we've been here probably at least 5 times or so. Every single time the service time was quick, the food was fresh and hot, and IT WAS CORRECT! And bonus to the staff there but so far the ones I have dealt with have been kind and professional. It is our go to McDonald's!
They served our son expired milk. … BUT they refunded and replaced the order (with good milk:) in a very professional and friendly way and agreed to work to improve their quality process. So that was actually really encouraging and a great response!
Highly unacceptable. The line is like extremely backed up nearly every time I visit this place. Will not be coming back. Healthier to quit fast food anyways. Thank you for being so slow! To everyone that's addicted to this place, well may you have extreme patience, but in 2026 that's not really a thing. Enjoy waiting!
