“On 7/23/2026 I ordered using the drive thru. It was around 8:30am. The guy that handed my order to me was the picture of great customer service. I don’t know what his name is, however, on my social media, someone identified him as Joshua. He needs to be recognized. Because of his service, I have stopped visiting the other McDonalds. You just don’t find customer service like that often. again kudos to you sir. Keep up the good work and you are destined for greatness!“
“I mean it's McDonald's but all of my food came out hot and fresh! I ordered on the kiosk thing thing thingy and there was a little wait. Then my food came out. The dining area is ok. I mean the tables and chairs were clean. But we know it's not there to be comfortable. The staff was courteous. The restaurant is connected to an Exxon station and so entering is either thru the Exxon or there is a door in the front of the McDonald's itself. Overall fresh hot food is what I care most about and they did the thing.“
