“Very clean more recently updated location. Pick up, and kiosks work flawlessly, the staff is hot or miss though. Some are friendly, others seem to care less about customer service. I also wanted breakfast at 10:25, but they stop before then I guess, and don't do 24/7 like some other locations.“
“I had stopped going to this McDonald’s for a few months because of how bad the service was. I’ve had previous issues with the quality, the length of time to receive my food, and the horrible attitude. This was the closest McDonald’s to where I live, so it was such a disappointment not being able to rely on this site.On November 20th I took a chance and went back to this McDonald’s to see if things had improved. I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. I decided to try this McDonald’s again this morning to see if my last visit was a coincidence or if things have really improved.I am in absolute awe of how marvelous my visit went again today. Not only was every person I came in contact with professional and friendly, but my order was correct, the quality of the food was good, and my food was ready in a very timely manner.I am impressed by this positive change and will visit again.“
“I had a mobile order and picked it up from the drive thru. After getting the code the person taking the order and asked if we needed anything else instead of just saying pull around unlike any other McDonald's. Our food was fresh and fast service.“
“I used the drive thru. I was having a craving for McDonalds. I stopped after a doctors appointment and ordered a Fish Filet with extra tartar sauce. They didn’t disappoint. Exactly as I ordered it. I did notice, as many fast food places have done, there were no trash bins conveniently located. One is at the end of the walkway as you pull around for drive through. It’s flush to the building and there was no “chute” on it so I couldn’t reachIt from the car. And it’s in a bad spot; a sort of blind spot for anyone trying to throw out the bag and wrappers. So, I stopped, put my blinkers on and got out of the car for a moment. Not very convenient. I hope they see this and rethink the trash containers placement. In the “old days”, they had several conveniently located trash containers and someone on the schedule would be assigned to the parking lot. Or perhaps the porter would have had that job. That was many years ago back in the Northeast. But, I’m not dinging them for this.“
