McDonald's in Sanford

“The staff are polite but I will warn you that it's not worth it to order extra cheese because you pay the extra money for it.But they never put a second slice on ever. This is the third time this month of ordering extra cheese All three times paid for the extra cheese but never actually got it.“

“Desiree was such a stand out person today. 🤗. I walked up front and looked at the menu. I didn't expect to be able to order up front but she noticed this right away and took our order! That is such a luxury these days. The thing I noticed about her since we saw her all throughout the time we were there is her customer service is really impeccable. It feels like I went back 30 something years ago and had the people that paid attention, made the customer feel visible, took an extra minute to think about what the customer would need, smiled, just really really good thoughtful customer service! She was the one that also brought us our food and checked on us and we happen to be leaving at the same time so she held the door open for us. I just absolutely felt like it was just a whole other experience that I'm used to! On the way out I told her I felt like it was like true old fashioned customer service and I hope she knows that was such a compliment!! When we walked in another employee was wiping down the tables and the booths and cleaning so detailed. Whoever is in charge of this McDonald's has really got a great crew! Everything was wiped down clean even over by the soda machines. I did need to go get straws up front and there was another girl who helped me right away. This just feels so much nicer than most McDonald's I walk into these days and it was just such a great experience!“
