“Phoenix was so kind and helpful. Any other time I have went there they wasn’t never happy to be there working but him. Him was something different, I truly do appreciate him , for him to be working at a place that I got to 24/7. He’s the manager but he needs to be more than a manager. “I would like to thank Leah for being so incredible during two window interactions! I eat more fast food that I should... And she is one of those people that comes across as so friendly, helpful, and personable! :) I think that is more rare these days.
While she was handing me my drink the first time... I asked her if you guys carried root beer. She said no but then she said I should try the dirty Dr Pepper version of what you have and I appreciated that! I probably wouldn't have thought of that or look for a new drink on my own. She uses warm language and is very sweet! I had to swing through one more time that day and she was just as personable and friendly again! She wished me a good day. I asked for her name so I could leave a review.
I feel like these days friendliness isn't as common.. and if I person can leave a happy warm impression in a 2-3 minute window.. they should be recognized!
