“The person at the window was wearing a blue hoodie listening to music. Took him 2-3 minutes to notice me so I could pay for the food. He didn't say anything and didn't respond to me being polite.
The rudeness should be addressed.
Other than that everything else was great.“
“I would like to thank Leah for being so incredible during two window interactions! I eat more fast food that I should... And she is one of those people that comes across as so friendly, helpful, and personable! :) I think that is more rare these days.
While she was handing me my drink the first time... I asked her if you guys carried root beer. She said no but then she said I should try the dirty Dr Pepper version of what you have and I appreciated that! I probably wouldn't have thought of that or look for a new drink on my own. She uses warm language and is very sweet! I had to swing through one more time that day and she was just as personable and friendly again! She wished me a good day. I asked for her name so I could leave a review.
I feel like these days friendliness isn't as common.. and if I person can leave a happy warm impression in a 2-3 minute window.. they should be recognized!
