My wife and I stopped for breakfast this morning, we ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuits, one with OJ and the other coffee, my hash brown was barley warm and it was stuck to the bag that it was in ! I had to tear the bag apart to get some of the hash brown, I would say I threw away almost half of it , and my sandwich the biscuit was just crumbling and falling everywhere what a mess! The lady in the morning at the drive thru is the sweetest person I have ever met! She treats you like a human instead of a robot! She is amazing at customer service ! She deserves a raise! She is always so happy in the morning mind you this is 5:00am! She’s an asset to your team!

Waited just over a half hour to get food through this drive-thru. Never been here in the 2 years I have lived in this area. I was amazed that the line of cars was all the way to the entry driveway and the line of cars blocked all of the cars in the curbside pickup area. Not a good design. Maybe I don't go to McDonald's very often but I was kinda surprised at this. Food was as expected.
