“Outstanding Customer Service at Arby’s in Sanford, NC!
I had an exceptional experience at the Arby’s in Sanford, NC, thanks to the incredible service provided by the shift manager, Kindra. I returned today with a receipt after being dissatisfied with my roast beef sandwich from the previous day. Without hesitation and with the utmost professionalism, she refunded my money and assured me, “I am going to make it right for you.” True to her word, she promptly prepared a fresh replacement sandwich.
Her kindness, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. It’s rare to see such dedication in fast food, and she went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. This level of service is what keeps customers coming back! Kudos to her and the entire team at Arby’s Sanford for their top-notch customer care.

“I had an incident this past Saturday where I received the wrong biscuit and missing another biscuit. It took some time for me to get my food I ordered but they corrected it for me and there biscuits still are the tastiest I have had in town“

“There is a new manager at this location. (She is amazing , kind and very knowledgeable). The store has turned completely around. It’s clean, fill with beautiful decorations. There has been a new staff hired, they are friendly and very fast. They are always full of product. The bread is the best in Sanford. The subs are amazing. I saw a 97 A on their health inspection. This is my to go to store from now on.“

“The Monster and the Boss is good for all those meat lovers out there I even get extra meat trust me you won't be disappointed. Perfect for parents who don't feel like cooking after a long day depending on the child you may have half a sandwich for the kids to eat for lunch the next day, such a time saver.“

The staff is friendly, efficient, and keeps the line moving, even during busy times. My order was accurate, and everything tasted great. Whether it's the burgers, barbecue, chicken, quesadillas, or one of their famous milkshakes, Cook Out never disappoints. I highly recommend the Sanford location for great food, fast service, and outstanding value!“
