“We're from Ohio and only get Bojangles when visiting our son and granddaughter. This is usually our first stop. Great food and service. Never a bad experience. They're my number 1 pick for fries!“

“It is hard to impress me when it comes to fast food chains because usually the service is not there and the food is well not good. I stopped by this location to give it a try. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted and noticed how clean the restaurant was. Kudos. I placed my order and went to wash my hands. The bathrooms were stocked and immaculate. When my food was ready, I sat down to eat and it was exactly the way I ordered and everything was hot and fresh. I will definitely be visiting this location again. Great job to the staff and manager.“

“The food is always fresh. However, today 10/12/25 when I got my favorite sub home ( the the big kahuna Philly cheese) it had a very long hair wrapped in the paper and on my sandwich. Please make your food specialist wear head gear. I live too far to bring it back!“

“The customer service in drive through was really good. When I pulled up my mind blanked out and couldn't remember what I wanted at first and they didn't rush me or try to hurry me along. They was pretty cool in my mind. Thank you“

“Awesome staff!! I came through the drive thru during the lunch rush. The young lady, Bria, at the window was so friendly but utterly professional. I tasted the Pepsi, and I think the syrup was running low. She exchanged it for a Mountain Dew no problem. She was very nice and quick about it. Bria is excellent in her position!!!“

“The drive thru was taking a little while to take our order so we ended up going inside. Brandon was very friendly and efficient! He was taking orders, packing orders, and even taking orders to cars outside, yet we barely waited at all for our food! Brandon was really good at multitasking, didn't get overwhelmed, and excellent customer service skills. If he isn't a manager already, maybe he should be.
Also, everyone was really nice, and the place was clean and stocked. Our food was also completely correct even though we special ordered some items! Definitely the best Burger King experience I've had in many years! I haven't been to one in at least 3 years because of bad service at other locations so I'm really glad I found a good location to come to in the future!“
