We're from Ohio and only get Bojangles when visiting our son and granddaughter. This is usually our first stop. Great food and service. Never a bad experience. They're my number 1 pick for fries!
These were ordered as a 2 pack of bo berry biscuits with extra icing, what I received were two biscuits stacked bottom to bottom with almost no icing whatsoever. And my wife’s two piece leg and thigh... looks like the thigh belonged to a holocaust chicken
The chicken biscuits and the picnic mashed potatoes were good but the other half of the order...

Shorted a side item. Drove 45 minutes round trip to pick up. Called store and was told I had to drive back for any assistance. Why aren't orders made online double checked? Disappointing...
