My recent visit to Wendy's left me disappointed yet again. Despite being a repeat customer, I encountered yet another issue during my most recent trip a couple of days ago. This time, I was surprised to find out that refills on tea and soda were not allowed. What was even more disheartening was witnessing the manager's response to the cashier who attempted to accommodate us. Wife just went through the drive through and they forgot my son's nuggets for his kids meal. This has happened before to us. Maybe pay attention to what you are doing and ensuring customers get the correct food

Food was cold, management is unprofessional and was complaining about the company loud enough for the lobby to hear, and they charge extra for strawberry lemonade and fill the cup halfway with ice and don’t allow refills. When they start the price increase it’ll be deserted anyway ?
