Disrespectful people at the drive thru
Dining room was locked despite doors + Google Maps indicating it would be open
Took my family here to grab food real quick at 525pm. We could clearly see employees sitting in the dining room, even one sleeping. No signs on the doors that the dining room was closed and no one even bothered to come speak to us as we were trying the doors. Even tried calling and no one bothered to pick up the phone.Today is May 5th 2026

Wendy's offers good food, but inconsistent service. Customers have reported missing orders and cold food. The lack of paper towels in the restroom was also mentioned. Some felt ignored when trying to place an order and experienced delays. Despite these issues, the drive-thru service seems to be more efficient.
