The cashier "Amanda" wouldn't even count the money handed to her and instead asked "how much did you hand me" with an attitude to a 14 year old. After that, i ordered; while ordering i could tell the cashier was anxious probably because the manager had a bad attitude. Along with the person who made my iced coffee who slammed the coffee down like i was wrong for ordering a coffee LMAO, which tasted like straight water. Customer service is terrible, rude and uncomfortable to be around if i was working there i would feel anxious as well.

This Wendy's is so poorly ran. I just ordered a 21 dollar order and was overcharged 5 dollars (as I had a reward that didn't go through) and had to wait around 15 mins for food in the drive through. After waiting and getting my food I politely asked for a partial refund. The only thing they could do is refund my whole order and give the food back. With inflation already terrible who wants to pay an extra 5 dollars for food??? I got my full refund and returned the food and went to Shhtz and paid 10 dollars for food. Customer Service is dead! Incompetent group of folks work nights at this Wendy's.

My recent visit to Wendy's left me disappointed yet again. Despite being a repeat customer, I encountered yet another issue during my most recent trip a couple of days ago. This time, I was surprised to find out that refills on tea and soda were not allowed. What was even more disheartening was witnessing the manager's response to the cashier who attempted to accommodate us. Instead of providing constructive feedback or assistance, the manager reprimanded the cashier in front of customers, contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. It's evident that Wendy's needs to focus on improving employee training and fostering a supportive work environment. Such instances only fuel turnover rates, ultimately affecting customer satisfaction. Hopefully, Wendy's takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to provide a better experience for both customers and employees alike.
Wife just went through the drive through and they forgot my son's nuggets for his kids meal. This has happened before to us. Maybe pay attention to what you are doing and ensuring customers get the correct food

They consistently forget at least one item in my orders. I absolutely hate going there, even if I’m just ordering for someone else. This is the worst Wendy’s location I have ever been to. Ever! I wouldn’t recommend going to this location unless you enjoy wasting your money, waiting for 20 minutes for the wrong items, and rude employees who clearly don’t care about being there.

Super clean dining room, and we were greeted by friendly staff. Food was hot, fresh, and picture perfect...the Frosty was tasty as well.
The workers are so ridiculous here. I wait over 20 minutes in a short line. Someone falls asleep at the drive thru intercom. The line behind me and myself try honking and trying to get the drivers attention. I drive around after the car behind me goes around us. I go around after 10 minutes of waiting for this car to order. When I get to the window, the car in front is getting their food after going around the sleeping driver. When I tell the workers and ask them to check on the driver, they refuse to take my order and tell me to circle back and get in the back of the line. This is after they close the window and another young worker laughs and signals to drive around. I had to leave at that point. I can't give money to lazy workers who think they should be rude and laugh. Why wait another 20 plus minutes because they can't just take an order and stop being lazy. This location has always been notorious for having their drive thru go extremely slow. But this was absolutely horrible. I'll never going there again unless they hire new staff or retrain those who are there now.
