“I really enjoyed the buffet the chicken was juicy and all the items I got on the buffet were fresh. The only recommendation I could give you all Is regarding adding some Chicken tenders to the buffet for the people who do not want to eat chicken on the bone. I am one of those people who don't mind chicken on the bone but It would be a nice option for people who don't.“

“I'm actually bewildered by some of these reviews. Most of them seem to be complaining about 'customer service niceness'.

I was literally apprehensive about coming here, but I did, and it was nothing like anyone's described. It makes me sad and wonder if there isn't some kind of latent racism or just assholes that are nitpicking at things. I saw one review mention that the drive-thru clerk asked if they had a mobile order or not, then the person in the car 'was on their phone for 20 seconds trying to find out or not, and the clerk got impatient!'

...I'm sorry but I just find that highly unlikely. And how do you NOT know if you did a mobile order or are ordering at the drive-thru itself?

Either way: order was right, food was good, wasn't a huge wait (and yes there were a few cars, but again, reasonable wait), the folks were all nice. Not everyone has to be sunshine and rainbows, as long as they're respectful that's all you're owed.

“Store is extremely clean! Staff are polite! Sometimes there’s a wait but it’s worth it for that fresh & hot meal. Makes dinners convenient and is my preferred spot out of the usual haunts. That and the fries - hot with extra seasoning <3“

“The service tonight was exceptional. We haven’t been in a while and I do not remember the staff being as attentive as they were tonight. We ordered 2 combo plates which came out quick, the young man brought them to our table. The young man and several others checked up on us throughout our meal. Customer service was better than most sit down establishments in town.“

“This particular Popeyes, although this is my first visit so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere. The service guy named Thomas was very good. Not sure who took my order cause sometimes the person who takes your order is the one who gives you the food, but my issue is with the size proportions. I had a large beans and rice for $5.99 and I had a large coleslaw for $4.99 Please see the photos in the discrepancy in the sizes.
