“Review of Crown Chicken – Ramsey Street, Fayetteville (Visited 7/10/25) I visited Crown Chicken on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville on July 10, 2025, and had a fantastic experience. I ordered the two-piece white meal, and the portion size was perfect, not oversized to the point where you’d suspect growth hormones, but just right. The chicken was tender and juicy, with a crunch that was simply amazing. It was loaded with flavor, and best of all, it was cooked fresh to order. I waited about 5-6 minutes, but it was absolutely worth it. For my sides, I chose collard greens and potato salad. Both were served in generous portions and tasted delicious. The cashier was friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean, neat, and pleasantly cool making it a great escape from the summer heat while I dined in. I strongly recommend Crown Chicken if you’re craving some truly good fried chicken!“

Our sodas were flat and she heard us mentioning it tasted bad and she stopped what she was doing and asked if she could get us another one… after eating our son wanted the ice cream instead of the toy so she again came over and asked if she could get that. “It was so busy we had to wait for a table. I have never seen this. But the food still came out excellent but just a little slower. Considering how many people were there I'm surprised it wasnt longer. Place was still clean. I just wish the bathroom stalls were bigger. I have 3 little kids so I have to use the handicap stall.“

“Delicious food but very little food for the cost. I love Zaxby’s but every time we go we get less and less fries...to the point I can see the bottom of the box when we open it. They chose the container size, it should be full. I don’t get 1/3 of the container of fries at any other restaurant.“

“This is a regular go to spot for lunch. The lady working the counter during lunch service is incredibly friendly and does a great job. The food is always prepared in a timely manner and cooked appropriately. You get appropriate portions at a reasonable price and do not feel cheated. Do not hesitate to give this place a try!“

While driving through Fayetteville, NC we got the inside scoop on a place called Crown Chicken on Murchison Rd. Well, I must say they did not disappoint and lived up to the name "Crown" Chicken. 5 Stars, and some planets! On top of the great tasting chicken, Mad props to the gentleman I assume is the owner, who took our order. Theeeeee coolest brother I have met in a very, very long time. Cars like him don't pass you every day. Absolutely professional, with a warm, friendly and sincere demeaner. My wife inhaled the fried okra and hot wings, and our daughter fell asleep in the car over those tenders and fries. Thank you, we will definitely add Crown to our GO-TO list. See you soon. “Regarding the staff-member Rebecca, she is simply awesome! We live in Southern Pines, NC about an hour away. This Zaxby's is across the street from MAACO paint and body. So, when we brought our car, and picked it up a week later, we ate at Zaxby's on Skibo Road. Rebecca is electric! So friendly, helped us with the menu, brought our food out to us, and came over to check on us!!! My wife and I agree that as crazy as it sounds, we want to come back over and over to try and see Rebecca. She is a true asset to the Zaxby team, and should be given a promotion. Energetic, genuinely caring, and help food service individuals like Rebecca, only come around once in a while. She should be recognized for outstanding service. She is 1st in Class, in my book.“
