11:30 am on a Saturday. The front counter service person says she’ll be right with us as she runs out an order to a car in drive thru. She comes back in, takes 2 phone calls, serves the people next to us their food, gives the guy on the right of us two, to-go boxes. 12 minutes gone. Then she finally turns to us and says I’ll be with you as soon as I take the cookies out of the oven.
We left. Too many other choices. Really disappointing!
Delicious food but very little food for the cost. I love Zaxby’s but every time we go we get less and less fries...to the point I can see the bottom of the box when we open it. They chose the container size, it should be full. I don’t get 1/3 of the container of fries at any other restaurant.
